The Caudata Chronicles

The Caudata Chronicles is an ongoing photographic and ecological exploration of salamanders across the continental United States. From elusive woodland newts to subterranean species, this project documents the incredible diversity, adaptations, and hidden lives of amphibians in the order Caudata. Through this visual journey, I aim to raise awareness about their habitats, the threats they face, and the importance of conservation efforts for these often-overlooked creatures.

Each photo represents hours of careful searching, habitat understanding, and respect for the animal. This project is ongoing and will continue to expand as I document new regions and species.
